Departments
Fundraising
The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for ideating and executing all fundraising tasks, including but not limited to grant writing, planning campaigns, and assisting the treasurer. A person seeking after this role must love people, a proficient writer and be comfortable with asking people for money. Experience with grant writing is appreciated. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a vibrant personality who has truly bought into the UN-ASSOCIATED mission and sees why funding our mission is imperative.
Video/Podcasting
As Video Editor, you would help edit all video content distributed on YouTube, and our social media accounts. We are looking for someone who has experience with editing both long form and short form videos, alongside creating video graphics. Additionally, this person should have proficient experience with software like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and/or After Effects (or other relevant, non-Adobe editing software). This should be someone who can work with relatively quick turnaround times.
As Cinematographer, you would be the Director of Photography for all UN-ASSOCIATED projects. You would need to be residing in Southern California, and willing to travel to different filming locations (travel stipends will be allocated). Experience with filming short documentary-style films would be much appreciated, but not required.
Blog
A Blog Editor works closely with the writing team and the Editor-in-Chief. The editor works on quick turnaround times, mainly on Friday evenings. This role handles the editing process for all Blog post drafts submitted by the writers to be published. A fit candidate for this role is someone who is a stickler for good grammar and punctuation, and is knowledgeable on sound Biblical doctrine as editors are expected to call out and fix any questionable sentiments.
As a Blog Writer, you would be expected to produce 2 blog drafts a month (alternating weeks). These posts must be 500-1000 words. Each post must be in line with Christian values/Biblical doctrine. One can also expect to write on topics they choose, or recieve a writing assignment from the Editor-in-Chief. One who seeks after this role should feel comfortable with being transparent.
Social
A Social Media creator is a content creator that makes content optimized for our social media accounts (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn). These creators should be enthusiastic about creating content that inspires people to follow Jesus, whether that be reposted content, original content, graphic designed still images, and more. This role is for the “creative messenger.” This person should be socially-informed, and proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
As a BAP Coordinator, you would ideate and plan our social campaigns, alongside head our communication with outside partners, collaborators and donors. A person who takes on this role should be someone who loves people, enthusiastic, vibrant, socially-informed and also steadfast in the Word of God. The BAP Coordinator must be comfortable with sending professional emails and speaking to new people. Most importantly, this person should be the ultimate creative that always knows how to push the envelope and think outside of the box.
Clothing & Merchandise
The Creative Director of Relics is the head of Relics clothing brand. The person who take part in captaining the manufacturing and distribution of all apparel products from start to finish. This role entails ideating, outsourcing. A person seeking this role must have experience in fashion, and must present a portfolio of work to be considered for this position.
Live Events
The Events Director is responsible for captaining the execution of all UN-ASSOCIATED events (virtual and in-person). This includes The UN-ASSOCIATED Poetry Jam. This role entails program planning, talen booking, promotion, decor and more. This person should be very organized and used to dealing with strict deadlines. A person seeking after this role must also be able to make last minute pivots and keep a cool head under pressure.
